Sa Law Wan Part 3b

#69 to #75. This is the end of my Sa Law Wan pictures. However, I seem to remember that there were some other pictures. I think I remember seeing one of Chung-Kee pushing either a flatbed cart or the wheel barrel. But I couldn't find that among my negatives. I don't know if I remmeber that wrong, or someone else took that picture. Anybody has any recollections?

As of now, all that are left in my negative files are the minor activities---such as movies outings, as well as pictures that show the physical environment of Taap Mun, and other miscellaneous stuff. I'll scan those in due course.

Lum Ding - I also remember at Yim Tin Tsai there was someone else carrying a camera. I clearly remember that it was a Retina Reflex. I remember that because that was my first and last time that I touched such a camera. It may not have been during the work camp---perhaps it was during the exploratory trip to Yim Tin Tsai prior to the camp. Was that Mok Yuet-Wah who had that camera? Or someone else?

In #72 - was that HK Island? Regardless, I doublt if anyone can see such a scene nowadays---so few and not too tall buildings!

Also, I mentioned earlier that I did not remember whether the dates "July 15 - August 1" were for the first part of the work camp or both. It was referring to the first part only. However, many of my later pictures came from the second part of the work camp. This can be seen from the sidewalls being completed already in #62. However, I did not distinguish pictures from those two parts of the camp in my negative file.

Further, the date shown on the notice board in #67 was August 22, 1966, Monday. That was the departure date for the second half of the work camp.
